The new platform provided a unified console that simplified tasks such as software deployment, patch management and remote troubleshooting. It enabled the IT team to automate updates for both Microsoft and third-party applications, thereby reducing manual effort and ensuring that devices remained secure and up to date without the need for specialist knowledge.<\/p>\n<p>The solution\u2019s role-based permissions enabled the IT team to assign access rights tailored to each employee\u2019s responsibilities, allowing more team members to contribute to endpoint management. Furthermore, the Secure Gateway Server helped the organisation to efficiently update devices used by field staff, even when they were outside the corporate network or did not have a VPN connection.
