WooCommerce: Automatic delivery note dispatch to shipping point

Automatic collective transmission of delivery notes in WooCommerce

In our company, we have developed an efficient method of collecting orders in WooCommerce and automatically transmitting the corresponding delivery notes to our shipping company on a daily basis. This process ensures smooth logistics and ensures that our customers receive their orders quickly and reliably.

Collection of orders

Every day, all orders received are automatically recorded in our WooCommerce system. Thanks to the integrated functions of WooCommerce, we can collect all relevant information such as customer data, items ordered, quantities and shipping addresses.

Creation of delivery notes

We use a special plugin that automatically generates delivery notes from the order data. This plugin is configured so that it processes all new orders from the last 24 hours at a set time every day and generates the corresponding delivery notes. All the necessary details, such as article numbers, descriptions, quantities and delivery addresses, are noted on the delivery notes.

Automatic dispatch of delivery notes

After creation, the delivery notes are collected and converted into a bundled PDF document. The system then automatically sends these collected documents to our shipping company. A pre-defined e-mail address is used to transmit the data securely and reliably.

Integration and customisation

Our system is flexible and can be customised to different requirements and shipping service providers. If necessary, we can also make adjustments to fulfil special requirements of our shipping company.

This automated process saves you valuable time and significantly reduces the risk of human error. At the same time, you ensure that your customers receive their orders quickly and efficiently. The daily, automatic transmission of delivery notes to a shipping company is a central component of the logistics strategy and contributes significantly to high customer satisfaction.
