From car mechanic to accountant/trustee.
The professional qualification (FA) in technical business management revealed my affinity for numbers and especially for accounting. This is how I began my career almost 10 years ago with a lateral entry into fiduciary services and the FA Finance and Accounting training programme.
After a few years as a fiduciary, my work shifted to sole accountant in an SME and finally, at the end of 2018, during a spontaneous meeting in the garage with Urs Sennhauser, the owner of Flying Supporter, to this very company. With Zoho Books, I got to know a previously unknown invoicing and accounting programme alongside Sage and Abacus. I worked intensively on adapting the tool for the Swiss market, as well as for optimal internal use at Flying Supporter and some customers.
In addition to internal accounting, I now support seven other companies in the areas of accounting, VAT, financial statements and taxes, as well as in strategic issues and human resources. Through the official Zoho partnership, I also advise other trustees in the Zoho Books area.
I am 33, married and have three children. I invest my free time in family, friends and sport.
