Fancy a coffee?

Coffee machines and break rooms in companies are like the secret heroes of office life. They are the true masters of information channels, and in an extremely amusing way!

Imagine you are an employee in a company. The day starts and you're craving some caffeine rescue. This is where the coffee machine comes in. It's your morning superhero, giving you the energy boost you need to get through the day.

But the coffee machine does much more. It is the social melting pot of the office, the place where colleagues meet and exchange information. While you're making your coffee, you can find out what's going on in the company.

The coffee machine and the break room keep communication in the office short and entertaining. They are the invisible wires that connect employees and help to keep the working atmosphere pleasant. Without them, information channels would be as dry as over-brewed coffee, and the office atmosphere would feel like you couldn't get through the day without caffeine.

In our case, with the various branches of work (accounting, software, websites, servers, etc...) and projects that always have points of contact, the short information paths that meet at the coffee machine are unrivalled in their helpfulness.

We've hit the jackpot with our portafilter machine anyway, because it not only brews the most delicious coffee, but also takes a little time to prepare and therefore creates time to discuss various topics in peace and quiet. But there are also private conversations, which promote social cohesion and offer the opportunity to briefly clear our heads from the daily business routine and then dive back into work full of energy.

We really appreciate our coffee machine and the great conversations it enables us to have.

By the way, our "non-coffee drinkers" are also involved in the break room... even if they only fill their "bottle" at the tap!
